Pay it forward: Help FOCB Maintain services for the blind in our community.
The Florida Outreach Center for the Blind is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit resource center for visually-impaired persons largely dependent on grants and other community contributions. Currently, public funding only covers about one third of our expenses. Therefore, maintaining our services to serve the visually impaired in our community is crucial for the viability of our center and for those we serve. Additional funding is needed to meet the Center’s current need for staff, qualified instructors, equipment, and new programs. We are dependent upon the generosity of those in our community who believe in the mission of FOCB and those living with blindness in our community.
While FOCB is serving Southeast Florida’s more than 48,000 estimated blind and visually-impaired persons, we value your contributions. Investing in our programs is an investment in the quality of a blind person’s life. We thank you in advance for your donation to FOCB.
